Elvira Lozano Talbot, 62, died February 13, 2009. She was born in Houston, TX and worked in insurance accounting for an insurance company. She was a Spanish translator for an insurance company, member of VFW Auxiliary 8083 and Eagles in Ormond Beach. Mrs. Talbot attended St. Theresa Catholic Church, Belleview. She is survived by her husband, Ed Talbot, Jr. Belleview; parents, Willie and Pauline Lozano, Summerfield; daughter, Pauline (Elliott) Stouffer, Summerfield; sons, Lawrence Fitzsimmons, Crystal, MN; brothers, Joe Lozano, Tulsa, OK, Alex Lozano, Albany, KY; grandsons, Charles Elliott, Summerfield, Joseph Fitzsimmons, Crystal, MN; granddaughter, Nicole Barfknecht, Northfield, MN; mother and father in law, Edwin and Eileen Talbot, Summerfield. She was preceded in death by a son, Charles Fitzsimmons.
