Our Life Celebration Center in The Villages

Since 1885, our team at Hiers-Baxley has proudly served the community of Marion County. Over the years, we’ve helped families in our community design beautiful and meaningful life celebrations for their lost loved ones. To help us continue to serve our community and make even more special, personalized events, we built our Life Celebration Center here in The Villages. At our center in The Villages, we design truly unique and thoughtful services to help families and friends honor and celebrate their loved one’s life. We understand the value and importance of celebrations in our community, and our local team is dedicated to helping our neighbors honor the lives of those we have lost and mark momentous occasions with thoughtful events. 

In building our event center, we realized that our celebrating life is not limited to the lives we have lost, and our community was in need of a larger event space to celebrate events of all kinds. Here, we have proudly hosted events of all types, from wedding anniversaries and school reunions to corporate events. Unlike traditional funeral spaces that are one-size-fits-all, our event space is remarkable because it can be customized to fit every family and every need. Funeral and Cremation Services at Buffalo Ridge in The Villages 

We are proud to offer our one-of-a-kind services at our Life Celebration Center in The Villages. Our ShareLife Advisors help all families find innovative ways to celebrate their lost loved ones. Our event spaces house a large concave screen where families can project HD images and videos during the event to help honor and remember their loved one. In addition to our screen, we have a sound system and scent generator to add to the experience. We’ve created moving, memorable events that help families connect with their cherished memories of their loved ones using sound and scent from their past. Our team does all we can to make sure that every event we plan feels like a true celebration of life, rather than simply marking a death. 

Our Center is not merely an event space, as we have licensed funeral directors who offer our community here in Marion County a wide variety of services. We have options that cater to every family and every need from simple cremation services to traditional burial services. It is important for many families to have a private moment to say a final goodbye to their loved ones, so we also offer private viewings. We also have Family Service Advisors available for families who are interested in discussing pre-planning options to ensure that their final wishes are understood and brought to life.
