I am so sorry to hear about the loss of your Mom. I did have the pleasure of knowing your Mom. I worked with her at Connecticut General quite a while ago. Mom was the first person that I met at CG. She took me under her wings and trained me. She did an excellent job. Your Mom was a wonderful person. We enjoyed working together. What I remember most about her, was when our boss wanted one of his employees to become head of the typing unit. Mom had been there longer than me and the job was hers. At the time, her health was a concern and she didn't think that she wanted the responsibility of the job. It was offered to me and I took it. Nothing changed with our relationship because of the job. Your Mom was happy for me. Those were the good days and I would love to go back to them. Your Mom was a very special person and her family meant everything to her. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you at this time.
