Obituary of Roy Glenn Hyder

Roy Glenn Hyder, 62 of Old Town, passed away on May 2, 2010 at the Haven Hospice of The Tri Counties in Chiefland, FL. Mr. Hyder was a retired Truck Driver moving to the Old Town Area 4 years ago from Orlando, Florida where he resided for 58 years. He served his country in the US Army during the Vietnam Era. He loved his family and friends and enjoyed fishing. He is survived by his daughters, Amber Hyder, Amanda Hyder and Dorsi Hyder all of Old Town, Florida, grand daughter, Tiffany Hyder, grand sons, Jeremy "Max" Lyons, and Joseph Butler, all of Old Town, Florida, son in law, Tommy Butler of Old Town, Florida, his ex wife, Marsha Chesser of Old town, a sister, Glenda Halladay of Orlando, Florida. He is preceded in death by his brother, Ronald Hyder and his parents, Roy Mitchell Hyder and Lillian Ruth Hyder. A memorial Service is planned at a later date.
