Will miss you Uncle Henry. Still miss all the times we got together in Pittsburgh with all of our families. Wasn't the same after you moved from Plum. Our memories will be with us always. Love to you Aunt Joy and all my cousins. Thinking of you and keeping you in my prayers during this difficult time. Love always, Amy, Fred, Tim, Chrissy, & Nicole

Aunt Joy and to my cousins, Susan, Jean, Kathy, Maryann, and Linda and your families we want to express our deepest sympathy for the loss of Uncle Henry. We will miss him very much. I know he is at peace with God and all the angels in Heaven and is in no more pain. We have alot of precious memories that we will cherish always. All the family dinners at Grandma and Pap's house over the years and especially all the laughs! May God bring you peace and comfort at this difficult time. With our deepest sympathy, Debbie, David, Jake, and Rachel.

We have many fond memories of Henry. Over the many years together we shared a lot of time together. All of the holidays, birthdays steeler parties and many more evenings. We shared sad times and happy times but never had bad feelings even if we were family. We joked around a lot but always remained close. We missed him very much when he left Pittsburgh. He and Tom had a weekly date to go for a beer while Joy and I visited. We have too many memories to mention. I would need a book. He has been in our thoughts and prayers daily and finally God has taken him from his suffering.

Lois & Phil: We were so lucky to share 9-1/2 years together with Hank and Joy in The Villages. As the moving vans were unloading our "stuff" on the same day, we introduced ourselves and our retirement adventure began. Hank convinced Phil to get back into playing golf and that was instrumental in the Caribe Drive Golf Group being formed. We visited Spanish Springs for celebrations & parades: St. Patricks Day, Columbus Day, Mardi Gras, et al. The fun we had at the surprise 'roast' for Hank prior to one of his surgeries is one of our fondest memories. He had such a great sense of humor and really enjoyed the gifts/presentations from a "Do Rag" for his bald head, the "toilet bowl cake with realistic contents", the "Nurse in Drag" in attendance and much more! He and I (Lois) had a few things in common: we loved to have manhattan cocktails on occasion when we celebrated holidays together and we were both "only" children (which we considered to be very special!!).
Hank will be sorely missed by both of us who loved him a lot but we know he's looking down on us and will keep a place waiting when it's our time to join him. Love ya, Hank, and God Bless.

I'll always remember Uncle Henry calling me, "Jean, Jean the dancing machine!". We spent a LOT of time together down granny and pap's in Braddock. How wonderful we all were able to share time together at the Anniversary party in Pittsburgh. It was a great memory I will cherish. I'll remember his smile.
Love and God's Blessings,
Jean, Jean the dancing machine (a.k.a. Jeanne (Miller) Farbacher)

Dearest Hank,
I remember the day I first met You, we were in the ninth grade of Braddock Junior High
School. I sat on the left side of English class and Ms.Stewart was our teacher. You came
by my desk to sharpen your pencil and passed me a folded note that you wanted to meet
me. Ms. Stewart happened to see that you gave me a note and asked Henry would you
like to share the note with the class and you answered no Ms. Stewart and had to stayafter class for a tongue lashing from her. I knew when I met you that you were the guy for me and that one day we would marry. That happened and we had sixty-two wonderful years together and I thank God for them and our five wonderful daughters too.
We shall miss you and our memories are happy ones and may you shine down from heaven upon us! Save a place for me in heaven Hank?
My love forever,
Joy

This would be a PS to lighting a candle for my Buddy Hank. Friendships are the treasures of life. I had the honor of Hank's friendship for over 40 years. We raised our kids together, shared many laughs, and came of age by experiencing life's challenges. Hank had his first cardiac bypass 30 years before mine. Doris and I were sure that Devine intervention got him through what had to be one of the earliest cardiac bypass procedures. Hank endured and was truly an inspiration to all of his neighbors in Holiday Park. Hank was a gentleman's gentleman, always smiling and a pleasure to be around. He is with God now and will never be forgotten. Rest in piece my friend.

Growing up, I always knew Mr. Parker to be the very friend neighbor across the street who had those five beautiful daughters. He appeared to be a perfect father to those girls and someone worthy of admiration. Always pleasant and inviting, he and his wonderful wife would cheerfully invite me and my brothers over to their house. I'm still amazed that my brothers and I weren't smart enough to spend a lot more time over at the Parkers to get to know the Parker girls.
I haven't seen Mr. Parker in many years but I have no doubt that he remained as kind and cheerful as he was when I was that small boy across the street. I will keep Mr. Parker, his wonderful wife, and those beautiful daughters (and their families) in my prayers. I am sorry for your loss.
