I was fortunate to have met Carol has a new neighbor. Before I could walk over and introduce myself she had already made her way to greet me. She was really a sweet and wonderful lady and I will miss having her has a neighbor and friend. My condolences to Bill and family.

To the entire Kiser family, I am so very sorry for your loss. Words cannot describe how sorry I am for you all. Your beautiful mother was always such a sweet woman every time I had the pleasure being in her presence. I am so very grateful to have had the chance to meet her. Prayers to Bill, Kevin, Kristina and the rest of her loving family and grandchildren. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends.

I am so sorry to hear of Carol's passing. As a former Byrd staffer, I came to know Carol as a co-worker who had a "can do attitude." She was always helpful and had a smile that brightened the day. Although we did not keep in touch, I have fond memories of our days on the Byrd staff. I pray that in your grief, you will celebrate her life and find comfort in faith. George and I so enjoyed all our visits to Carol and Bill, at their home, at our home, and in Florida. We were looking forward to our next visit. We will miss Carol. She was such a beautiful, kind, and giving woman. Our sincere condolences to Bill and her family.

We are so saddened by the loss of Carol (Grammy) and she will be so missed. I have so many fond and happy memories of Carol and I always saw her at her happiest when she was surrounded by her family. She LOVED being a Grammy and I will continue to talk about her often to my son (her youngest Grandson), Thomas who LOVED being with her (and Pop Pop). Our sincere condolences to all that loved and knew Carol.
