I knew and served with Ramon at Ft Devens MA in 1966-1968. He was a joy to be with, to serve with and just hang out with. He was always happy and joyful, he enjoyed himself with lots of people and personalities. May he Rest in Peace, may his memory be a blessing to his family and friends. I only wish I knew he lived in or near the Villages since I was down there in 2020 visiting a friend and could have said hello to him.
