I am Rachael's sister and I am going to correct the misinformation in the obituary so people will know they are looking at the the obit for the correct person. I know you will recognize her after reading this.
Rachael was born May 29, 1952 as Frances Eleanor Roy to Leo R Roy Sr and Eleanor(Grant) Roy. She grew up in Farmington, NH and later lived in Middleton and Concord, NH before moving to Florida in the mid 90's. She performed various factory jobs and then, was a nurses aid at the state hospital in Concord, NH. Rachael was not a kindergarten teacher. The Edmund's family had a goat farm when the girls were young, with many other animals and she always had dogs and cats throughout her life. She also enjoyed gardening, cooking, and eating healthily.
She changed her name to Rachael Eleanor Edmunds in 1997, keeping her second husband's surname, the father of their two beautiful girls.
Rachael was predeceased by her parents, Leo R Roy Sr. and Eleanor Gertrude Roy, a daughter, Amanda Celeste Edmunds, nephew Derek L Jenness, first husband Manfred Thurber, second husband Albert Edmunds, and third husband Michael Carrien. She leaves behind husband number four, Kent Lee Hamilton, daughter Desra Raylene Edmunds, granddaughters Whitney and Madison(Desra's daughters), and granddaughter Kayla(Amanda's daughter), sister Roxana R Forsyth, sister Kim L Jenness, and brother Leo R Roy, Jr. and many nieces and nephews.
I know she would love to mention of her two favorite cousins throughout life, Harriet(Stevens) Conway and Louise (Grant) Holland.
