My late husband, Ken and I met Richard many years ago when we first became neighbors and friends of the Lutz family. Richard seemed to have a wonderful attitude toward life. He always had a kind word and a positive thought to share. He will be missed by his Mom and family and all those he generously shared his time and kindness with. Ami Lane

Aunt Julie, Linda, Debbie, and Caryn: My heart breaks for your loss. Richie was such a sweet, kind-hearted person. I remember when he was born — only the third boy in a sea of female cousins! It was quite an event. And I remember how gracious he was when we visited. He was so hospitable, loved to talk, loved to hear about Jesus, and so gentlemanly toward my mother and me. Whenever I called the house, I looked forward to hearing his soft-spoken voice, and how genuinely happy he sounded to hear from another cousin.
