Granny was the most beautiful person inside and out. She loved cooking with papa, and just enjoying life with friends and family. She was my best friend, my total comfort, and there aren’t words to describe how much I will miss her. She will always be with me and I aspire to be the loving, amazing woman she was. Love you granny!

As a family we would all come together and have cookouts and celebrate the Holidays . We would play a marble game known as Aggravation oh my goodness we would laugh and get so aggravated when someone would bump our marble sending it back to home. Aunt Dot would get so tickled playing that game . My Aunt Dot was the most loving and giving person: She was a joy to be around. Dot’s sister Shirley Strickland passed away just only a few weeks ago. Our family is heartbroken but we find peace in knowing that theses adored and so very loved ladies are together and at peace with our Lord Jesus Christ. ( I wonder if there is an aggravation game in Heaven ) :) Love and miss you both so much, Sheri V.
