Obituary of Ronald "Ron" T. Pretulak

Ronald “Ron” T. Pretulak of The Villages, FL passed away peacefully from cancer at Cornerstone Hospice on Saturday, May 30, 2020. He was born in Nanticoke, PA on August 1, 1946.  Ron graduated from Nanticoke High School in 1964 and Pennsylvania State University in 1968, where he received his commission as Supply Corps Officer in the United States Navy through a NROTC scholarship program.  He retired after 27 years of Military Service.  After retiring, he taught Business Management for the University of Phoenix.

He and his wife of 49 years, JoAnn, moved to The Villages from New Orleans, LA in 2007.

He is survived by his wife, JoAnn Klein Pretulak; sister, Phyllis A. Figmic; sister-in-law, Pat Winston; brother-in-law, Stephen M. (Bubba) Winston; and his three nephews: Michael John Figmic (Maria), Stephen M. Winston, Jr. (Tina) and William Eric Winston (Britta).

A Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, June 12, 2020 at 8:30 am, located at St. Timothy Catholic Church, 1351 Paige Pl, Lady Lake, FL 32159.
