Obituary of Marilyn Lee Keels

Marilyn L. Keels, 76 of Chiefland, passed away Tuesday, Nov 11, 2008 at Seven Rivers Regional Hospital in Crystal River. Born in Newark, OH she moved to Chiefland from Bradenton, FL 11 years ago. She was a retired dental office manager, enjoyed making dolls, an avid quilter and member of the Suwannee Quilting Club. She is survived by her husband, Dr. Donn W. Keels of Chiefland; sons William Brevard (Connie) Keels of Newark, OH and Robert Brevard Keels of Heath, OH; sister Beth Ann Gigsby; brother James 'Jim' (Leslie) Fluharty of Fountain Hills, AZ; 4 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Memorial services will be Friday, Nov. 21 at 7:00 PM at Hiers-Baxley Funeral Services-Chiefland. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Mrs. Keels memory to Haven Hospice of North Florida.
