Obituary of Richard Gilbert

THE VILLAGES - Richard A. Gilbert, 73, died Friday, November 14, 2008. Mr. Gilbert was born in Chicago and moved to THE VILLAGES from Cocunut Creek in 2001. He was a general maintenance worker; a U.S. Navy Veteran; a member of the Catholic faith; and enjoyed Elvis Presley music, dancing, football and NASA. Survivors include his wife, Jose V.; 11 children; 23 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
