In memory of my dear brother-in-law, Bill, at Thanksgiving, I am grateful for the love and friendship he so selflessly gave to my family at holidays and every other day of the year. He is a central part of many cherished memories. Thank you, Bill.

My condolence to the family for your great loss. Bill will be missed by many. At this difficult time, it's comforting to know that not one sparrow falls from the sky without the notice of our creator, God (Matthew 10:29-31). Bill was worth much more to God. This is why he has given us a hope of seeing our love ones again (John 5:28,29). This hope comes with a guarantee (Acts 17:31). I hope knowing God cares will ease the pain.

He is Gone You can shed tears that he is gone or you can smile because he has lived. You can close your eyes and pray that he'll come back or you can open your eyes and see all he's left. Your heart can be empty because you can't see him or you can be full of the love you shared. You can turn your back on tomorrow and live yesterday or you can be happy for tomorrow because of yesterday. You can remember him and only that he's gone or you can cherish his memory and let it live on. You can cry and close your mind, be empty and turn your back or you can do what he'd want: smile, open your eyes, love and go on.

To my dear friends,\r\nI am so very sorry to learn of Bill's passing. I just loved his bright smile and his endearing graceousness! Your dear family, especially my very dear friend and mentor, Sister Josetta, will always hold a special place in my heart. You all welcomed me as one of your own and loved me for a long time. In fact, we had some really good times! Well, I loved you too and I thank you. I truly believe Billy, as his sister Sally called him, is in the company of many that he has missed for a long time. Take comfort in knowing that like loved ones who have gone before you, he will always be with you. \r\nMy love and sympathy,\r\nBev Carlin

My deepest sympathy to the Jones Family. \r\nBill was a wonderful guy. Remembering him makes me smile. I was very fortunate to have known him for about 10+years. He was a daily customer at the Agway Lumber (Dowling's)yard. He always greeted me with a smile and left with a smile. Heaven is lucky to have him, as was I lucky to have known him. "It's not what you have while you are here, it's what you leave behind you when you go". Special, special man.

Mike and family,\r\nI just wanted you to know how truly sorry I am for your loss. It was a pleasure to know him and I am grateful that I was able to. He was a kind and gentle man and incredibly patient when Mike got on one of his many remodeling kicks! This is a trait that will not be forgotten... I can still see Mike undecided and waivoring between colors and Billy standing behind him quietly shaking his head. My thoughts are with your family.\r\nMarcie

Dear Marie & Sara, David & I will never forget the wonderful times that we've had together. From our many dinner outings to preparation for the graduation party, there was never a dull moment when we were together. Bill is one of those people that left a lasting impression on our lives...his kindness and honesty we'll never forget but most of all it was the love for his family and friends that made him so special.
