Obituary of Georgie Boaz

BOAZ, GEORGIE CLARK Ocala - Georgie Clark Boaz, 90, passed away at her residence on Dec. 26, 2008. She was a retired school teacher and a member of First Baptist Church of Ocala. She had been a resident of Ocala for the past 38 years. She is survived by her daughter, Susie Atkins of Winston-Salem, NC, her sons, Mike Boaz of Winston-Salem, NC and Dave Boaz of Salem, OR, her nine grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband the Rev. David C. Boaz in 1991. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, Dec. 30, 2008 at 10:00 A. M. at Hiers-Baxley Funeral Services, 910 E. Silver Springs Blvd., Ocala. Burial will be in Winston-Salem, NC. In lieu of flowers, please make memorial donations to Hospice of Marion County.
