Obituary of Jeanie Writer

Jeanie Gray Writer Jeanie Gray Writer, 81, passed away on January 6, 2009 at the Legacy Hospice House in Ocala, FL. Mrs. Writer moved from Levittown, PA to Ocala in 1994. She was a member of the Pen Del Mar Club and the New York Club at Oak Run. She enjoyed golfing and playing cards. Mrs. Writer leaves behind her loving husband of 61 years, Frank Writer, of Ocala, FL; one son, Dale Peter Writer of Weatherly, PA; a daughter, Carrie Jean Murdoch of Laramie, WY; and two sisters, Agnes Conrad of Ocala, FL and Helen Proffitt of Maidens, VA; five grandchildren and one great-grandchild. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, January 10, 2009 at 2:00 pm at Hiers-Baxley Memorial Chapel, 9695 S.W. 110th St., Ocala with Pastor Randy Stone officiating.
