Obituary of Jo Ann Nelson

Jo Ann Nelson, 59, passed away at the West Marion Community Hospital in Ocala, FL on January 12, 2009. Mrs. Nelson moved from Wisconsin to Pinehurst, NC in 1994 and then to Ocala in 2002. She enjoyed cooking, crafts, and rummage sales. Mrs. Nelson is survived by her loving husband of 30 years, Steve Nelson, of Ocala, FL; one daughter, Nicole Nelson of Ashville, NC; one son, Michael Nelson of Pleasant Prairie, WI; her mother, Olidean M. Granger of Racine WI; two brothers, Jim Vigeant of Chicago, IL and John Granger of Pleasant Prairie, WI; five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, January 15, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. at Hiers-Baxley Funeral Services TimberRidge Chapel, 9695 SW 110th St., Ocala with Dr. Raymond Waite officiating.
