Obituary of Elizabeth McDaniel

Elizabeth Gertrude McDaniel, age 85, passed away Saturday, February 21, 2009 in Plant City, Florida. Mrs. McDaniel, Libby to friends and family, was a homemaker. She was a native of Mt. Dora. She moved to Gainesville in 1950 and then to Ocala in 1970. Libby belonged to both the Gainesville Garden Club and the Ocala Garden Club, garnering many first place ribbons with her beautiful floral arrangements. She moved to Plant City in 2006. Mrs. McDaniel is survived by her two sons, Michael R. McDaniel of High Springs, Fl. and Gary A. McDaniel of Plant City, Fl. She had four grand-children- Michael J. McDaniel, Ft. Stewart, Ga., Rebecca Ann (McDaniel) Shuford, High Springs, Nyssa Robart of Plant City and Eleni McDaniel of Plant City. Mrs. McDaniel also had five great-grandchildren.
