Obituary of Herbert Miller

MILLER, JR., HERBERT E. "BUDDY" Fellowship - Herbert E. "Buddy" Miller, Jr., 78, passed away on Feb. 28, 2009 at his residence. He was born in Martel and was a fifth generation Marion County resident. He was a member of Fellowship Baptist Church where he was a deacon emeritus, member of Friendship Masonic Lodge and a 20 Gallon Blood Donor. He served his country in the U.S. Marine Corps and was a office supply salesman for many years in the Ocala area. He is survived by his three sons, Herbert D, Miller and wife Mary of Albany, GA, Daniel S. Miller and wife Kim of Bloomington, IL, and Timothy E. Miller and wife Leslie of Vero Beach, his sister, Ola Brown of Dade City, his nine grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Funeral services will be on Saturday, March 7, 2009 at 1:00 P.M. at Fellowship Baptist Church with Rev. John Outlaw officiating. Burial will be in Fellowship Cemetery with Masonic Rites. A gathering of family and friends will be Friday from 5-7 PM at Hiers-Baxley Funeral Services, 910 E. Silver Springs Blvd., Ocala.
