Obituary of Robert Riemer

Robert Conrad Riemer, 83, died on March 15, 2009. He is a native of Pittsburgh and a 38-year retired District Manager for Nationwide Claims-Legal. Mr. Riemer was a member of Ocala West United Methodist Church; a fifty year member of the Masonic Blue Lodge, Scottish Rite Valley of Columbus, Past District Counselor Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity, an avid S.P.E.B.S.Q.S.A. singer and Master of Ceremonies Barbershopper. He is a U.S. Navy Veteran serving during WWII. Mr. Riemer is survived by his wife, Virginia, of Ocala; a sister Paula M. Kreps of Longs, SC; a brother-in-law Louis R. Fruecht, Jr. (Patricia) of Las Vegas; two nieces and two nephews. Memorial contributions may be made to the Ocala West United Methodist Church Building Fund, 9330 S.W. 105th St., Ocala, FL 34481. Service will be held at Ocala West United Methodist Church, 9330 SW 105th St., Ocala on Tuesday, March 24, 2009 at 11:00 AM.
