Obituary of Hoyt Black

BLACK, Hoyt Inman Mr. Hoyt Inman Black, 66, of Ocala, died Thursday, April 2, 2009, at Sylvia's Hospice House. A native of Cleveland, TN, he moved here 35 years ago from Cleveland. He was a professional trim carpenter, and a member of the Baptist Faith. His survivors include his wife Gloria Russell Black, sons Mike, Tony, and Rick Black, step-son Michael Russell, sister Wanda Ballew, and 6 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his son Terry in 2001, as well as his parents Fannie and Robert E. Lee Black, and brothers Kenneth, Clyde and Winston. Funeral services will be held at 2 PM Sunday, April 5, 2009, at Hiers Funeral Home, 910 SE Silver Springs Blvd., Ocala. Visitation will be from 5-7 PM Saturday evening. Interment will follow in Highland Memorial Park.
