Obituary of Dale Williams

Dale Williams, 81, of Chiefland, passed away on Monday, May 4, 2009 at Haven Hospice of the Tri Counties in Chiefland. Mr. Williams was born in Sandoval, Illinois on Feb. 24, 1928 to Luther and Bertha Williams. He moved to Chiefland 20 years ago from Clearwater. He was a Christian. He is preceded in death by a brother, Ralph Williams, a sister, Violet, and great granddaughter Amy Sanderlin. He is survived by his wife of almost 63 years, Phyllis Williams of Chiefland; daughters Jackie (Jim) Sanderlin of Trenton, and Georgia Hall of Chiefland; son Jeffery Dale (April) Williams of Chiefland, 9 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren; brother Wayne Williams of Illinois and a sister, Pauline O'Dell of Decatur, Illinois Funeral Services will be held, Monday, May 11, 2009 at 1:00 PM at Trenton First Baptist Church.
