Obituary of Irene Clyatt

CLYATT, IRENE Irene Vieira Clyatt, 1926-2009. It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Irene Clyatt. She was born in Fall River, MA on June 19, 1926 to Leocardia and John R. Vieira. In January 1946, she married the love of her life, Frank Clyatt from Chiefland, FL. She worked at the Sagamore Mills in Fall River, MA before moving to Ocala in 1960. In Ocala, she worked at Silver Springs Sportswear aka Lady Bayard until she retired in 1989. Irene was feisty, energetic lady who always wore her three inch high heels. She is survived by her sister, Mary Vieira of Fall River, MA, her two daughters, June Hall (Stacy) of Gainesville and Karen Lilly (Mark) of Ocklawaha. She was the proud grandmother of five, Kimberly Meyer (Monte), Brian Lilly (Stacie), Jennifer Brownlee (Chad) , Keona Keeble (Allen) and Christopher Lilly. The great grandmother of twelve. She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Eugene Clyatt and will be greatly missed by her family and friends. She loved Bingo, dancing and was an avid Gator football fan.
