Obituary of Joan M. Churchill

The Villages - Joan M. Churchill, 69, died May 15, 2009 at Estelle's Hospice House, Ocala. She was born in Youngstown, Ohio and moved to this area from Hollywood, FL in 2003. She was a homemaker and a member of St. Mark's Catholic Church. She was a member of the Red Hat Society of the Villages and enjoyed Happy Hour, traveling and her cat, Angel. One of her special accomplishments was a pilgrimage to Rome and listening to Pope John Paul say Mass. Mrs. Churchill is survived by her daughter, Kelly Churchill, Belleview; ex-husband, Bruce Churchill, Miramar, FL; granddaughters, Kaitlin Church, Kayla Churchill and Ashley McNamara; sister, Marge Clemens, Southington, OH; aunt, Aunt Elizabeth Zombar, Warren, OH. She is predeceased by her sons, Timothy McNamara, James McNamara, Bruce Churchill, Jr., and daughter, Marilyn Smith.
