Obituary of Mary Catherine Moyer

Mary Catherine Moyer, 82 of Chiefland, passed away May 31, 2009 at Shands Hospital in Gainesville. She retired from Education Testing Service. She was a member of St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church in Chiefland. She received the Volunteer of the Month Award with Marie Murphy for her volunteer services with Meals on Wheels, Hospice and local nursing homes. She is survived by her sons, Richard (Carol) Moyer, Robert (Janet) Moyer, Donald (Alorna) Moyer, all of Levittown, PA, daughter-in-law Joyce Moyer of Delaware, 11 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband, Valentine Moyer, Jr, and sons Valentine Moyer III, and Thomas Moyer.
