Obituary of Alvin Waldrop

Mr. Avlin Bass Waldrop, 92, of Lady Lake passed away Sunday, June 14, 2009. Mr. Waldrop was born in Piedemont, SC, and was a loom fixer at a textile company. He was Baptist by faith; Mason, and a pilot. He loved fishing, aviation, and being with his family. He is survived by his wife, Venie Waldrop, Lady Lake, 3 daughters, Sandra Ledbetter, The Villages, FL, Joan Fowler, North Scituate, RI, Joyce Dulude, Cranston, RI, a Son, James Waldrop, The Villages, FL., a sister, Ruby Waldrop, Greenville, SC, 11 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren.
