Obituary of John White

White, John Lowe, 89 John Lowe White, 89, passed away June 19, 2009 at Sylvia's House, Ocala, FL. Mr. White was a veteran in the Army Air Corp during WWII. John was a mechanic for Eastern Airlines prior to retirement. He moved to the Ocala area from South Florida 28 years ago. Mr. White attended Our Lady of the Springs Catholic Church and was a member of Ocala Elk Lodge #286. Mr. White is survived by his wife of 59 years, Dorothy E. White; daughter, Sharon Marr and husband, Michael of Portland, OR; son John Lowe White, Jr. and wife Kim of Miami, FL; grandson Matthew White and wife Christine; and great-grandson, Connor White. Memorial services will be held Monday, June 22, 2009 at 11:00 AM in the Hiers Funeral Home Chapel, 910 SE Silvers Springs, Blvd. with Rev. George A. Roberts officiating.
