Obituary of Raymond M. Packard

Raymond Packard, born January 25, 1923, Miami, FL, passed away June 23, 2009. He is preceded in death by his mother, Louise Packard and his wife of 59 years, Cecile M. Packard. He is survived by his wife, Forestine Packard, Belleview; children, David Packard, Port St. Lucie, Joyce Scroggie, Belleview, Marsha Ragozzino, Port St. Lucie and Connie Packard, Belleview; 5 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. Ray served in the Navy during WW II. He was a member of the Belleview Lions Club and served as their secretary for many years. He was founder and former president of Packard Roofing Company, Miami, FL.
