Obituary of Thomas Ingram
Thomas Clyde Ingram, age 86, of Ocala, FL passed away on Wednesday, July 22, 2009. Tom
proudly served during WWII as a Communications Officer with the U.S. Navy. He graduated from
Delta State University in 1947 with a B.S. in Chemistry. He devoted his career to the paint
industry and was happiest doing research and development in the lab as a paint chemist. Tom loved
golf, music, and food but most of all he loved God, his family and friends. Thomas is survived by
his wife of 29 years, Mildred Ingram, of Ocala and brother, Cewill Wilson Ingram, Jr. and wife
Marie of Horn Lake, MS. His blended family includes his children Pam Ingram Smith and her husband
Herschel, Thomas Ingram, Jr, James Ingram and his wife Charlene, Rebecca Rodriguez and her
husband Leonard, Wm. Marty Lockley and his wife Bobbi. He was blessed with eight grandchildren,
Jason Young, Herschel Smith, IV and his wife Melissa, Cole Smith, Charlotte Smith, Marc Lockley
and his wife Andrea, Alex Ingram, Tyler Ingram, Austin Ingram, and nephew Cewill "Bo" Ingram, III
and his wife Michel. He is predeceased by his first wife, Jane Greenhill Ingram and sister, Sara
Ingram Furr, and niece Tina Ingram. A memorial service will be celebrated at St. John Lutheran
Church, 1915 SE Lake Weir Ave, Ocala, FL on Saturday, July 25, 2009 at 3:30pm. Arrangements by
