Obituary of Agnes Herr

Agnes L. Herr, 91 of Fanning Springs, died Aug. 4, 2009 at her home with her family by her side. Born in Cambridge, MD she moved to this are in 1990 from Floral City, FL. Mrs. Herr was of the Catholic faith. She retired from Atlantic & Pacific Tea Co. She was a member of the Lions Club and the Woman's Club in Floral City. She is survived by her daughter, Betty (John) Armacost of Fanning Springs and son Rick (Brooky) Herr of Chiefland. Brothers Martin Herr, Bernard Herr, Paul Herr and sister Beryl Smith and her 10 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren and 15 Great-great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Henry Herr and sisters, Velma and Doris. Memorial Services will be Saturday, Aug. 8, 2009 at 11:00 AM at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church of Chiefland with Father Joe McDonnell officiating. In lieu of flower donation may be made in Mrs. Herr's memory to Haven Hospice of the Tri-Counties 311 NE 9th Street, Chiefland, FL 32626, Lions Club or any charity of your choice.
