Obituary of Katherine Angel

Mrs. Katherine Angel, 89, of The Villages, passed away August 16, 2009 at The Villages Hospice House. She was born in Hathorne, Mississippi and moved to The Villages from Springfield, VA in 2003. During WWII she worked as a bookeeper for a hardware company and a secretary for an oil company and then became a homemaker. She was a member of Springfield United Methodist Church, Springfield, VA, and she loved sewing and crafts. She is survived by her husband of 67 years, Fred Angel, a son, Fred Angel, Jr., Midlothian, Va, a daughter, Rebecca Barrett, Lake Mary, FL, a sister, Dorothy Davis, Laurel, MS, and 2 grandchildren, Fred Angel,III and Mary E. Angel.
