Obituary of James H. McMillen

Summerfield - James H. McMillen, 88, passed away Friday, August 21, 2009. Mr. McMillen was born in Rowlesburg, West Virginia and retired from Akron Steel Fabricators. He moved to this area from Akron, Ohio He was a member of New Life Presbyterian Church, serving as a deacon and elder. He was also a member of the VFW and a WWII Navy Veteran. He enjoyed watching all sports on TV especially the Cleveland teams. Mr. McMillen is survived by his wife,Virginia McMillen; sons , Tim McMillen, Savannah, GA, Larry McMillen, North Carolina; daughter, Colleen Akins, Akron, OH; step daughters, Donna Griffith, Lagrange, GA, Leslie Grovesky, Newton Falls, OH; Chrissy Pluschau, Marietta, GA.; 14 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by his wife of 59 years, Mary C. McMillen
