Obituary of Edward Krall

KRALL, Edward Lawrence Mr. Edward Lawrence Krall, 71, of Ocala, died Thursday, August 27, 2009, at his residence. Born in Havana, Cuba, he was raised in Miami, and moved to Ocala in 1993. He was a mortgage banker specializing in large tract development in Miami, where he was a vice president with Southeast Bank. He later worked in Ocala with Barnett Bank. Ed was a member of First Baptist Church, Ocala, where he was very active in the choir. He also had served on various church committees throughout his lifetime. Survivors include his wife of 49 years, Barbara Maxwell Krall, Ocala, daughter Cynthia Lynn Payne and husband Matthew, Ocala, son Michael Edward Krall and wife Maruja, Plantation, FL, son Bruce Lawrence Krall, Middleburg, FL, mother Irma Rogers Krall, Ocala, and grandchildren Kyle Payne, Brandon Payne, Krista Payne, and Samuel Krall. Memorial services will be held at 3 PM Saturday, August 29, 2009, at First Baptist Church, 2801 SE Maricamp Road, Ocala, with Dr. Phillip E. Hanes officiating. The family will receive friends from 2 PM until service time. Memorial contributions may be made to First Baptist Church in memory of Edward Krall.
