Thank you Lord for all the wonderful years you shared Aunt Margie with us, for we feel so fortunate to have been touched by her love. Aunt Margie was my buddy as I worked on family history and as I developed the family websites. She shared the many old Baxley and Boone family photos that I was able to scan and mail back to her.
I love the memories of her and Uncle Edward coming to see my family as a child, and sometimes we would follow them home to Jacksonville. In the past few years we talked much more as I tried to learn as much of the family genealogy as I could from her.
What I appreciated the most was her love and her standing up for what she believed to be right and honorable. I saw so much of my father Ralph in her. I am so happy knowing Aunt Margie is now with Jesus in heaven, with His arms wrapped around her in everlasting love. Thank you Aunt Margie for loving even me while on this earth.

I called her my favorite aunt. My dad, Ralph, thought so much of Aunt Margie. Since I moved to the mountains, she called me 'old mountain goat,' and I called her 'city dude.' She was always loving and kind, but she didn't hesitate to correct a person when needed. She spoke her mind!

I love Aunt Margie so much, she was a fun person, but could give you some very good, serious helps. She always, from the very beginning of my introduction into the Baxley, made me feel welcome and included. I was only 18 when I married Keith, and so I had a whole lot to learn about life. One of the things that I learned early, from Aunt Margie, was not to be so serious about life, even though that was important, to enjoy life and laugh a lot, and to always be myself. Her love and presence in my life is greatly missed, and I look forward to seeing her in heaven,

I appreciated Aunt Margie's sense of humor. She always made me laugh even though she may have been going through difficulties. She was the mother of the Baxley reunions and we all loved her. She is now telling God some stories and all in praise to Him.
