Obituary of Lee Wilson
Lee F. Wilson, 83, a retired U.S. auditor/investigator for the Dept. of Labor died
October 19, 2009 at Legacy House in Ocala. A native of Washington, D.C. and resident of Oak Run,
he moved here from the D.C. area in 1992. Mr. Wilson was a CFO of Tele-Trip Co. of Washington,
D.C. Mr. Wilson was a World War II veteran in the U.S. Navy as a quarter-master in the Western
Pacific. He participated in atomic tests after the war. Mr. Wilson was a Life Member of the
Benjamin B. French #15 Masonic Lodge of District of Columbia, the Elks Lodge of Hernando, FL and
the Naval Institute of Annapolis, MD. Mr. Wilson is survived by his loving wife of 53 years,
Beverly Wilson, of Ocala; two nephews, Ronald Wilson (Beverly) of Venice, FL and Michael Wilson
of Charleston, SC; a great nephew, Shane Wilson of Columbia, TN; a great niece, Andrea Wilson of
West Palm Beach, FL; a great-great niece, Lillian Wilson and great-great nephew, McAdams Lee
Wilson both of Columbia, TN. A private memorial service will be held at a later date. Condolences
