Obituary of James G. Hicks

James G. Hicks, Sr., 66 of Chiefland, passed away Nov. 2, 2009 at his home in Trenton. Born in Indianapolis, IN he has been in this area for 40 years. He served his country in the U S Army. He worked in construction as a plasterer. He is survived by his wife, Vickie Hicks of Chiefland, FL, daughters Kali Hicks, Katina Hicks, both of Chiefland, Elizabeth Hicks of Centerville, VA., Kathy (Thomas) Cobb of Chiefland, and Lisa (Tom) Campbell of Katy, TX, sons, James (Arzu) Hicks, Jr. of Houston, TX, John Hicks of Chiefland, Mother-in-law Kaliopi Gialusis of Chiefland, sister-in-law Buffy Hicks of Fredericksburg, VA, brother-in-law Mano Gialusis of Round Rock, TX, sisters Carol Sue Peterson, Sharon Hall, Jackie (Kenneth) Medberry all of Pinellas Park, FL , brother Bill Hicks of Stafford, VA, and 12 grandchildren.
