Obituary of Vincent L.J. Di Rito

Mr. Vincent L.J. Di Rito, 83, of Lady Lake passed away Sunday, November 8, 2009 at Mayo Jacksonville Hospital. He was born in West New York, New Jersey, and retired from Department of Defense as a director of research for future aircraft. He was a member of St. Timothy Catholic Church where he was a Eucharist minister and a member of the Knights of Columbus. He enjoyed woodworking, playing cards, traveling, model trains and playing the organ and ukulele. He is survived by his wife, Blanche Di Rito, Lady Lake, 3 sons, Paul (Patti) Di Rito, Atlanta, GA, Stephen (Lynne) Di Rito, Washington, DC, David (Diane) Di Rito, Muskegon, MI, 1 daughter, Susan (Gary) Di Rito Miller, Atlanta, GA, 1 brother, John Di Rito, Albuquerque, NM, 3 step daughters, Michael Anne (Phillip) Browne Kurzner, Los Angeles, CA, Patricia (Gerald) Browne Seery, Atlanta, GA, Megan (Scott) Gloede, Atlanta, GA, 1 step son, John (Erika) Browne, Jr., Atlanta, GA, 10 grandchildren, Brian, Lindsay, Meghan, Patrick, John, Wesley, Margaret, Elizabeth, Matthew, and Daniel, 9 step grandchildren, Douglas, Andrew, Emily, Peter, Patrick, Caitlin, Brendan, Bridget, Alexandra, Kurt, Preston and Aiden.
