Obituary of Maudine Tyson

TYSON, MAUDINE S. Ocala - Maudine S. Tyson, 93, passed away on Thursday, Nov. 26, 2009. She was born in Cordele, GA and was a retired supervisor for Florida Telephone Co. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Ocala and loved gardening. She is survived by her nephews, Francis, Steve, Wayne, James, Ronnie and Kenneth, her nieces, Edna-Earl, Elaine and Sheryl and her sister-in-law, Lucille. She was preceded in death by her husband, Paton M. Tyson, her brother Virgil and her sisters, Etheree, Hazel and Grace. Graveside services will on Tuesday, Dec. 1, 2009 at 2:00 P.M. at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens with Dr. Phillip Hanes officiating. Visitation will be on Tuesday from 12-1:30 PM at Hiers-Baxley Funeral Services, 910 E. Silver Springs Blvd., Ocala.
