Obituary of Mack Gardner

GARDNER, MACK Louisville, KY - Mack Gardner, 90, passed away on Wednesday, Dec. 16, 2009. He was a former resident of Marion County for many years, returning to Louisville in April 2009. He was a member of Moss Bluff Baptist Church and a retired employee of Philip Morris Co. with over 30 years of service. He served his country during WWII in the U.S. Army. Mack was preceded in death by his wife of 51 years, Ruby Romans Gardner. He is survived by his children, Glenys McCulloch (Jim), Kathy Thomas (Ray), Don Gardner, Linda Ritter (Jack) and Dennie Gardner, his sister, Jonelle Brown and his seven grandchildren and six great grandchildren. Graveside services will be held on Sunday, Dec. 20, 2009 at 2:00 P.M. at Highland Memorial Park. Arrangements by Hiers-Baxley Funeral Services, 910 E. Silver Springs Blvd., Ocala.
