Obituary of Eugenia Going

Eugenia "Jean" Catherine Going, age 86, of Salt Springs, FL passed away on Saturday, December 19, 2009. She was born in New York City, NY on September 27, 1923. Jean was raised in New York City. She met and married Joseph Francis Going and together they raised six children. Jean was a homemaker and a Catholic. Her hobbies included reading and jigsaw puzzles. She is survived by son Joseph Going; daughter Jean McGevna; son Paul Going; daughter Yvonne Cafiero; daughter Doreen Pfeiffer; son Robert Going; sister Lorraine Doll; sister Delphine Higgins; sister Delores Carroll; brother Bruce Sullivan; numerous grandchildren and several great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband Joseph Francis Going who passed away December 5, 2007. A visitation will be held at Hiers-Baxley Funeral Services, 910 E. Silver Springs Blvd, Ocala on Tuesday, December 22, 2009 from 1:00pm until 3:00pm. A prayer service will be held during the visitation at 2:00pm.
