Obituary of Myron Joseph Burnett

Pedro - Myron Joseph 'Buddy' Burnett, 74, passed away peacefully on December 29, 2009 at The Villages Regional Hospital after a long battle with lung cancer. He was born in Foley, FL on October 14, 1935 and moved to Ocala in 1940. He was a retired construction superintendant. He was a veteran of the United States Army. Mr. Burnett was preceded in death by his parents, Oscar and Fayr Burnett, sister Margarite Senne and son Ted Burnett. He is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Cheryl Burnett, Pedro; sons, Ed Burnett, Pedro and Hollis Burnett, Belleview; grandchildren, Amanda, Aron, Joe and Jake Burnett.
