Obituary of Lenvil Jim West

Lenvil Jim West, age 81, of Summerfield, FL passed away January 7, 2010, at Ocala Regional Medical Center. He was born in Russell Springs, KY, and was a veteran serving with the US Navy. Jim was a retired owner of a trucking company, and he moved from Indianapolis to Orlando in 1987, and then came to Summerfield. He was of the Presbyterian faith. Jim was a 32 Degree Mason, member of the Scottish Rite Body, the Shrine Club, and the Old Antarctica Explorers Association. He enjoyed playing golf, traveling, driving, bird watching, health and fitness, and drinking coffee with his buddies. Survivors include his wife Jean West, Summerfield, FL; Jennifer O'Connor, daughter, Greenwood, IN; Susan Nelson, daughter, Coronado, CA; Joe West, son, Greenwood, IN; Troy West, Son, Indianapolis, IN; Faye Santangelo, sister, Mulberry, FL; Wanda Pendleton, sister, Whiteland, IN; Robert West, brother, Nineveh, IN; and five grandchildren.
