Obituary of Burloye Carroll

CARROLL, Burloye Ocala- Burloye Carroll, 84 of Salt Springs, Florida passed away on January 17, 2010 at Munroe Regional Medical Center. He was the owner of Carroll's Fish Camp for over 30 years. Burloye was a resident of Salt Springs since 1945. He was well respected and loved by his entire family. He was preceded in death by one son, Burloye "Jackie" Carroll in 1972. Burloye is survived by his wife of 63 years, Loretta Carroll; children, Sharon Sherrer, Billy Carroll, Sheila Thomas, Sherry Carroll and Bruce Carroll all of Salt Springs; brother, Harvey Carroll of Fairbanks, Fl.; 18 grandchildren; 30 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren. Visitation will be Wednesday, Jan. 20, 2010 from 5-7PM at Hiers-Baxley Funeral Services 910 E. Silver Springs Blvd., Ocala. Services will be on Thursday, Jan. 21, 2010 at 11AM at First Baptist Church of Salt Springs. Burial to follow at Salt Springs Baptist Church Cemetery.
