Obituary of James Bailey

Sr. BAILEY, James W. Ocala- James W. Bailey Sr., 76 of Anthony, passed away on January 30, 2010 at his residence. James was born on July 5, 1933 in Syracuse, NY. He was employed by AT&T for 35 years working as a phone installer. He moved from Camillus, NY to the Ocala area in 1999. James was an avid outdoorsman who loved hunting, fishing , camping and skiing. He was preceded in death by his wife of 49 years, June in 2003. James is survived by son James W. Bailey Jr. (Debbie) of Anthony; daughters, Debra Humez (Russell) of Syracuse, NY and Vickie Coffee (Louie) of Bernhard Bay, NY; son Eric C. Bailey of Ocala; brother, Glenn Bailey of Camillus, NY; 9 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held on Friday, February 5, 2010 from 5-7PM at Hiers-Baxley Funeral Services, 910 E. Silver Springs Blvd. followed with services on Saturday, February 6, 2010 at 1PM. Burial at Anthony Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of Marion County.
