Obituary of Lyle Pepin
Lyle Bernard Pepin, 83, passed away February 8, 2010 at West Marion Community Hospital. He was born in Minneapolis, MN to Isadore and Anna (Berneck) Pepin. He moved from Golden Valley, MN to Naples, FL in 1973, then to Ocala from Naples, FL in 2002. Mr. Pepin is a retired construction superintendent and a veteran of the U.S. Navy serving during WWII. He is a member of Queen of Peace Catholic Church and a life member of the VFW Angela Santos Post #4781. Mr. Pepin is survived by his loving wife of 64 years, Hazel Pepin of Ocala; two sons Garry Pepin of Orlando, FL and Larry Pepin of Elk River, MN; two daughters, Jolie Irwin of Ocala, FL and Janine Lulich of Sevierville, TN; one sister Darlene Griesser of Naples, FL; 11 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by his daughter Sandra Ann Michaelson (1999). Funeral Mass will be Friday, February 12, 2010 at 8:30 AM at Queen of Peace Catholic Church, SR 200, Ocala with Father Patrick J. O'Doherty officiating. Visitation will be Thursday, February 11, 2010 from 3:00 - 6:00 PM at Hiers-Baxley TimberRidge Chapel, 9695 SW 110th St., Ocala. Burial will be at Highland Memorial Park in Ocala with military honors provided by Angela Santos Post #4781. Condolences may be posted to hiers-baxley.com.
