Obituary of Viola S. May-York

Viola S. May-York , 86 of Trenton, passed away Wed. Feb. 10, 2010 in Chiefland at Haven Hospice of the Tri Counties. Born in Ohio, she moved to this area in 1993 from Cleveland, Ohio. She worked as a secretary. She was a member of Pine Grove Baptist Church where she enjoyed teaching 3rd Grade Sunday School. She is survived by her husband William H. York of Trenton, daughter Diana Meloyck of Painesville, OH, son Tom May of Oviedo, FL, brothers Otto Smith of OH, and Charlie Smith of VA, grandson Keith Barton and great granddaughter Hannah Barton. Funeral Services will be Monday, Fed. 15, 2010 at 10:00 AM at Pine Grove Baptist Church with Dr. Greg Douglas officiating. Visitation will be Sunday, Feb. 14, 2010 from 2:00 - 4:00PM at the funeral home. Arrangements are under the care of Hiers-Baxley Funeral Services, 1301 N.
