Obituary of Harold Meagher

Mr. Harold E. Meagher, 103, of Ocala, died Sunday, February 14, 2010, at Windsor of Ocala. A native of Pennsylvania, he moved here in 1970, coming here from Erie, PA. He retired from National Biscuit, Co., as a sales manager. He was an avid golfer, and played 3 times a week until he was 99 years old. He was a member of the Elks, a 32 degree Shriner, and a member of First United Methodist Church. He is survived by his sons Richard Meagher and Larry Meagher, 5 grandchildren, and 5 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 10 AM Wednesday, February 17, at Hiers-Baxley Funeral Services, 910 SE Silver Springs Blvd., Ocala, with Dr. John F. Few officiating.
