Obituary of Maureen Jean Ray

THE VILLAGES — Maureen Jean Ray, 77, died Thursday, Feb. 18, 2010. Mrs. Ray was born in New York City, N.Y., and moved to The Villages from Murray Hill, N.J., in 1998. She was a homemaker; member of St. Timothy Catholic Community, Lady Lake; and Cursillo, The Villages. Survivors include her husband, Henry; sons, William D., Thomas H.; daughter, Maureen E. Nye; brother, Frank Mafer; and four grandchildren. A memorial mass will be held at 8:30 a.m. Friday, Feb. 26, at St. Timothy Catholic Community.
