Obituary of Forbes Raymond Koehler

Forbes Raymond Koehler, 86, of Lady Lake, FL passed away, Tuesday, March 16, 2010. He was born in Akron, Ohio and was a WWII veteran with service in the Air Corps, Army and Navy. He was a retired Plant manager and Chemical Engineer for MacDermid Incorporated, Waterbury CT. He was a member of the Chemical Engineering Association, American Chemical Society, American Legion and the Veterans of Foreign Wars. He enjoyed amateur radio, financial interests, education, theater, travel and elderhostel. Mr. Koehler is survived by his wife, Harriet; daughter, Nina D. Koehler of Lady Lake; brothers, Retired Judge Ward L., El Paso, TX, Donald J., Pekin, IL and Robert P., Woodstock, IL., and his late brother Richard L. Visitation is 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, Wednesday, March 24, 2010 at Hiers-Baxley Funeral Services, The Villages. Funeral service is 11:00 AM, Thursday, March 25, 2010 at the funeral home with Pastor Irv Burton officiating.
