SWEENEY, DOROTHY MARIE, 83 Summerfield - Dorothy Marie Sweeney, 83, died at Palm Garden of Ocala on March 31, 2010. She was born in Pittsburgh, PA on August 13, 1926, and was a homemaker. She was a member of St. Theresa Catholic Church, Belleview. She enjoyed knitting and loved animals. Mrs. Sweeney is survived by her daughters, Donna (James) Clavier, Cordele, GA, Rita Mellett, San Carlos, CA, Geraldine Sweeney, Summerfield, FL; son, Michael Sweeney, St. Petersburg, FL; grandchildren, Darren (Marie) Clavier, Cordele, GA, Brian Clavier (Wendy), Perry, GA and Travis Mellett, San Carlos, CA and great-grandchildren, Jesse Clavier, Cordele, GA and Sherry Clavier, Perry GA. She is predeceased by her husband, Raymond Sweeney and son, Daniel Sweeney. Memorial services will be held at 10 AM, April 15, 2010 at St. Theresa Catholic Church, 11528 SE Highway 301, Belleview with Fr. David Vivero officiating.
